If you are in business for yourself…you might think that you are your best sales person. You are definitely an asset, however, I believe your customers are your best sales people – hands down.

For example; just the other day I walked into a retail shop, and was actually looking for something to purchase, and needed help. I was the only person in the store, and I was there for well over 5-10 minutes. No one, came to assist me or ask me if I needed help. Do you think I will recommend this store to anyone? Not a chance.

On the other hand, my family (about 20 of us) recently sat down at a local restaurant for breakfast. The young waitress, was exceptional and the food delivered on time and tasted great. Our experience was wonderful. Will we be back? Definitely. Will we recommend them? Yes. Will we tell people about our experience. Absolutely.

Remember to create an experience for your customers. Create a WOW of an experience, and not only will they come back, but they will bring along their friends, family and co-workers as well.

So remember, your customers DRIVE your company and your sales. Make them remember you on a good note, and they will bring more sales your way!
