Our story begins at her home, where she primarily did graphic design services. With this humble beginning, Tammy also waitressed and drove a vehicle for the handicapped (for a local business) to help supplement her income.

Not long after she began the business, one of her customers asked if she would be able to put a logo on a jacket. Not wanting to say no to the request, an embroidery division for Dynamic Designs was born. Not long after, her mom an avid sewing-seamstress and quilt maker joined Tammy in the basement of her residence in Pulaski, Wisconsin - all while dairy farming full-time with Tammy’s Dad.

In 1999, screen printing services were added to the pot, and the company moved to an industrial park nearby. The company was incorporated in 1999 - four owners; Tammy and her husband Bruce, along with Tammy’s parents, Barb and Ron Maroszek all had shares in the company. Ron and Barb, in addition to being active owners, had a dairy farm in the Township of Maple Grove since 1979. In December of 2014, her parents sold their head of dairy, began cash cropping, and slowly inching toward retirement.

In 2002, the company moved to downtown Pulaski, WI where more employees and services were added. While there, the company maintained a showroom and gift shop filled with Red Raider, Pulaski, and Polka souvenirs and apparel.

It was determined in 2013, that the company should become less diverse and focus on the business clients, Dynamic Designs’ “Bread and Butter”. And so it came to be, the retail store was discontinued along, in addition to some in-house services. In July 2014, Dynamic Designs Unlimited created a new chapter in their book. Specializing in three main areas of marketing for businesses; promotional products, decorated apparel, and website design. Dynamic Designs Unlimited remains focused and determined to be an external marketing partner to companies.

Again in the late fall of 2022, the company began yet another rebranding strategy, simplifying their message even further and trimming services. Focusing on their core competencies - Graphic Design Plus Words, Corporate Apparel, and Promotional Products and growing the success of businesses.

As a family-owned business, they have all been blessed to have enjoyed working with each other, and their wonderful employees throughout their years in business. Bruce and Tammy's children are now grown and all working full-time, Zac (age 21), is employed at Dynamic Designs, while Josh (19) and Brandon (18) work in construction.

The company believes in lasting relationships, helping their community grow and customers succeed. They are passionate about the success of others and it shows.
